As a transracial adoptive father, Will has a personal connection to the mission of Styles 4 Kidz and understands the importance of providing families with the resources, education, and support needed to help children develop confidence, cultural identity, and a strong sense of belonging.

Will faithfully served on the Styles 4 Kidz local Board of Directors for 14 years, helping guide the organization through significant growth and impact in the Chicago area. His longstanding commitment, strategic insight, and passion for the mission have made him one of the organization's most dedicated champions.

Today, as National Board Treasurer, Will is helping lead Styles 4 Kidz into its next season of national growth and expansion. He is committed to ensuring the organization has the financial stewardship, strategic vision, and infrastructure necessary to scale its impact and serve families across the country.
