The Your Hair Is Your Crown Hair Show, a signature biennial S4K program event, is a unique opportunity to support transracial and foster children’s hair care education.

The event was created to give children a confidence boost around their natural textured coils and educate them about their hair’s history through the ages.

The models of the hair show are children whose parents support and rely on S4K for hair care education and support. The event is set to double its attendance from 100 to 200 in 2025, thanks to the interest generated from last year’s event and a new, larger venue, the Lund Auditorium at Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois.
